By leveraging our in-house carpentry labor and trusted network of sub-trades, we maintain control over quality and scheduling.

We ensure consistent communication with our clients throughout the project through a variety of channels. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in weekly site meetings to discuss progress and address any questions or concerns. Additionally, we provide regular online updates and maintain a detailed schedule accessible 24/7 through Co-Construct, our convenient client portal and communication tool. This ensures transparency and accessibility, allowing you to stay informed and engaged at every stage of the project.

Timelines are very challenging on the outset of any project to determine without clear selections, choices and decisions. However, before starting any of our projects, you will have a tailored schedule that is built understanding the materials, process, the challenges and the resources available to make your project a success. This schedule will be reviewed and discussed with you prior to starting any of the work to make sure that it works for you and your family.

Absolutely. We believe in providing comprehensive information to our clients before commencing any project. Prior to starting your project, we provide a very detailed scope of work outlining the specifics of the project including cost. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive project schedule with clear start and completion dates. Furthermore, we provide an 8-10 page contractual term booklet that we review with you to ensure full understanding before the project begins. Our goal is to ensure transparency and clarity from the outset, so you can make informed decisions about your project.

Typically, we issue invoices every two weeks to cover the costs incurred during that period of work. However, recognizing that each client’s needs may differ, we’re open to discussing alternative payment structures to best suit your preferences. Before finalizing our agreement, we’ll collaborate closely to establish a payment schedule that aligns with your expectations and ensures clarity throughout the project.

To secure your project’s place in our schedule and cover initial material expenses we request a deposit, typically around 10% of the total project cost, which may vary based on the unique requirements of your project.

Yes, we have a business license for renovation operation, however we believe that a professional renovator should have more then just a business licence, as this is not an indicator of quality experience or skills and it’s for this reason we at Coleridge Construction have focused on education and secondary quality assurance indicators to help our homeowners know our commitment to quality, which is why we have chosen to become a Certified Renovation Professional with CHBA, have our Home Builders Licence and work on the board for CHBC Fraser Valley, that way we are always guaranteed to bring our clients the best quality along with the knowledge of the newest guidelines.

As for insurance, we are fully insured for 5 million dollars of liability, which is an industry leading amount.

At Coleridge Construction offer a 24-month warranty on all exterior cladding, caulking, windows and doors and a 12-month warranty for all electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and Interior finished.
