We all need functioning and beautiful bathroom spaces in our house, these rooms can sometimes be overlooked for years at a time even though we all use them multiple times a day.
This bathroom renovation you need may have to be super surgical in its approach to the repairs as we want to just do a bathtub or a shower, or it could be a remove and replace type of approach in which we are working to be cost effective while removing the old and replacing with new, or it could be a full gut and re-organize the space or even expand the space.

Main floor renovations tend to be a bit of a catch all renovation as this could mean you are looking for some flooring and baseboards, or your thinking of doing a kitchen renovation and know that it is going to spill over into the rest of the main floor, or you want to full gut the main floor and change walls and come away with a brand-new main floor.

Adding a basement suite is some of the best money you can spend in your House, assuming you have the space to give up and are excited about the prospect of finding some great tenants, this is always a good way to invest in your House.
You may have an existing and finished basement that you are looking to covert to a secondary suite or you may have an blank canvas in your basement or you may have an existing illegal suite that you would like to legalize, either way it is a fun and exciting process.

Adding on to your existing house is a great way to gain some new space and still be able to stay in your existing home and neighbourhood. The process for an addition is a little more in-depth than a normal renovation as we may have to navigate city zoning and land issues before you can fully commit to your addition. Costs play a large role in how much you can grow and add on to your home, and can drastically change with city requirements. Its super important for this type of project to start with the financials and work backward to determine what can be done. It can be a super exciting process and we are so excited to hear your ideas for you space and take this journey with you.
