We will communicate our planned arrival prior to arriving until there is a rhythm in which case we will periodically check that it is still appropriate, and then communicate any changes.

Every day is to start with a Hello/or a warm greeting, this includes knowing the first names of everyone that lives in the house,

We commit to cleanliness whenever possible, this includes (but is not limited to):

  • The implementation of Clean as you go
  • Dust protection in all living spaces by limiting air exchange while working
  • Temporary dust walls and the use of air scrubbers.
  • Consistent garbage removal and organization throughout the project.
  • End of day Cleanliness and organization as well as additional
  • End of week Cleanliness.
  • We will also provide a duct cleaning service at the end of every project.
