Project Coordination Assistant
Coleridge Construction is looking for a Project Coordination Assistant to support our office operations, project management, and client experience. This role plays a key part in keeping renovation projects organized and moving forward by assisting with project tracking, selections coordination, client communication, invoicing, and administrative support.
Previous administrative or construction experience is an asset but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
Schedule and Compensation
- Starting schedule: 20–25 hours per week
- Potential to grow to 30+ hours per week
- $22–$25 per hour with up to $27 per hour for experienced candidates with construction administration experience.
Core Responsibilities
Project Tracking & Financial Support
- Track employee hours by project
- Collect and organize receipts
- Assist with invoicing and project budget updates
- Maintain project records and documentation
Selections Coordination
- Set up client selections portals
- Track and update selections
- Follow up with homeowners regarding selections progress
- Document changes that affect project budgets
Client and Office Support
- Client communication
- Assist with project startup literature
- General office administration
- Marketing support through blogs and social media
