Out with the old and in with the new—this 25-year-old home was ready for a refresh. While the original layout remained intact for a more cost-effective approach, everything else got a complete overhaul. Out went the dated finishes, flooring, cabinetry, and railing, making room for a clean, cohesive new look.

Warm oak hardwood now runs throughout the main floor, bringing a natural, calming element that beautifully grounds the space and complements the soft white walls. In the kitchen, micro shaker cabinets add a modern edge, enhanced by elegant gold hardware for a subtle touch of glam.

A cozy dining nook was given its own personality with bold yet neutral wallpaper, adding visual interest while staying in harmony with the overall palette. The result? A bright, balanced space that feels both fresh and familiar—perfect for modern living.
